Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, with tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company — refunds may take time to post.

  3. Contact your bank.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
